Yael Oren-Zilberman joins Pente after serving as a Partner at Impact Ventures, based in New York City, where she developed and executed strategic operations to clients. prior to that Oren-Zilberman was the Vice President of Global Operations at Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) for close to 15 years. in this role she implemented strategic customer centric changes and cross-organizational initiatives to drive business growth and efficiencies, including overseeing new product introduction, end-to-end customer deliveries, and post-sales support, across diverse market segments.
During her career, Oren-Zilberman provided direction, inspiration, guidance and created a high integrity, performance-driven and results oriented culture.

There, she contributed to the full cycle of growing a startup to a large, publicly traded enterprise expert in wireless networking and cellular backhaul.
